2nd year student of the Department of Special Piano, Kurmangazy KNC, Rakhimov Rashid (class of the People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Kadyrbekova, Gulzhamilya Ikhsanovna) received the title of laureate of the 1st degree at the «Art Talents» II International Contest of Performing Arts, which was held in Moscow (Russia) from May 5 to May 10, 2022 in an online format.

On May 6, 2022, the 2002 graduates visited the Kazakh National Conservatory. They were able to step onto their “home ground” and remember their student years.

The Woodwind Quintet of Kurmangazy National Conservatory won the 1st prize at the OPEN SPAIN Open International Competition, which was held May 1-7, 2022 in Costa Brava, Spain.

The Scientific and Information Library Service of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory has prepared an exhibition dedicated to the Victory Day on May 9 – «ZHASA, ZHENІS MANGІLIK!».

On May 5, 2022 the Chamber Hall of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory hosted the presentation of the Collection of «Tolkyn Sazy» choral works for the mixed choir by the conductor, composer, «KR Madeniet salasyn Uzdigі», Associate Professor of the Conducting Department, Galymzhan Karibzhanovich Berekeshev.

On May 4, 2022, a «Job Fair» event for employers was organized. The job fair in the 2021-2022 academic year will make a significant contribution to the formation of young professionals, entering by 4-year graduates the leading cultural groups of the country's regions.

On April 4, at E.Rakhmadiyev Big Concert Hall of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory , a presentation of the book «Keeper of the Secret» by the People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize, holder of the orders «Kurmet» and «Parasat», holder of A.Baitursynov Golden Order , Head of the Conducting Department of KNC  Kurmangazy, Professor Bazargali Zhamanbaev, was held.

On April 3, Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory hosted a concert of the Kazakh Chamber Choir of G.Zhubanova Aktobe Regional Philharmonia «Zhyr zhazamyn zhүregimnen», dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the People's Artist of the USSR, laureate of the State Prize of the Kazakh SSR, composer, professor Gaziza Zhubanova.
