Erasmus+ Information Day

On December 22, 2023, employees of the international department of the Kurmangazy KNC took part in the Erasmus+ Information Day, which was held at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

The participants of this event were: representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University; D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University; Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz; Astana IT University; Kostanay engineering and economics university named after M. Dulatov; AlmaU; KIMEP University; ESN; EMJM.

The event included three parallel sessions:

1.       Projects to increase the potential of higher education and Jean Monnet.

2.       International Credit Mobility projects, Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Joint Master's degree programs and a seminar from the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform.

3.       Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s (EMJM) for potential students.

Vice-rector for Strategy and Internationalization of Abay KazNPU Aktolkyn Kulsariyeva, Ambassador of the European Union to Kazakhstan Kestutis Jankauskas, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulzhan Jarasova. The moderator was Laura Paluanova, Coordinator of the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan.

Within the framework of the event, Shaizada Tasbulatova was honored, who made a huge contribution to strengthening international cooperation, science, education and the development of Erasmus+ programs.

The Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory is a participant in the Erasmus+ program and plans to participate in current and new international projects of the European Union.
