The XII International Vocalists Competition named after Bibigul Tulegenova to be held in Almaty
From September 10 to 19, 2025, the XII International Vocalists Competition named after Bibigul Tulegenova will take place in Almaty. Singers born between October 1, 1990, and October 1, 2006, aged 18 to 35, are eligible to participate.
The competition includes preliminary and final rounds, both held publicly. All pieces must be performed from memory and in the original language. No more than 14 participants will advance to the final round. Previous laureates are not allowed to participate again.
The organizers will cover accommodation and meals for finalists, while travel expenses are the responsibility of the contestants. The Grand Prix is 5.4 million tenge along with the laureate title. In addition to main prizes, special awards and incentives will be presented.
Applications must be submitted by August 30, 2025, via mail or email. Detailed program requirements and conditions are available through official competition channels.
