The Conservatory discussed the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On September 2, 2021, the teaching staff, representatives of the administration and students of Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory took part in the discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan, voiced by the President on September 1 of this year.

In her report, the Acting Rector of the Conservatory, Professor G.Abdirakhman highlighted the main provisions of the speech of the President who clearly and realistically outlined the directions for the country's further development. The speaker paid particular attention to the problems of the quality of education and state support of cultural and art workers, which were mentioned by the Head of State in his speech. In particular, it was about increasing the salaries of teachers from September 1, 2021 and specific measures taken by the administration of the university and the supervising Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order the teachers of higher artistic academic institutions could join the circle of universities that have the opportunity to raise the salaries of teaching staff. Professor of the Conservatory E.Mambekov, who took part in the discussion, supported the measures planned by the Government to promote the new Kazakhstani culture and its talented representatives as well as the idea of ​​establishing a Fund to support the artistic industry. As the professor of the Conservatory T.M. Satybaldina noted during the meeting, the current Message of the President of the country concretizes and develops the ideas of the previous President, and it should be perceived as a constructive, fact-based program which defines the most important steps to modernize our country and improve the lives of its citizens.
