3. Job Responsibilities:

In cooperation with the relevant departments and officials of the higher education institution, develops a draft work plan for the Academic Council and ensures the timely approval of work plans;

Organizes and prepares the meetings of the Academic Council;

Formulates the agenda for the Academic Council meetings;
-
Takes minutes of the Academic Council meetings and ensures their approval within 5 days after the meeting;
-
Prepares extracts from the minutes of the Academic Council meetings on relevant issues;
-
Prepares and formalizes the decisions of the Academic Council for approval;
-
Provides instructions and requests necessary information from university staff on all areas related to the activities of the Academic Council;
-
Monitors the implementation of protocol assignments and decisions of the Academic Council, and ensures proper documentation in cooperation with the records management department;
-
Notifies the Chair in advance in case members are unable to attend an Academic Council meeting.
