  • From October 2005 to January 2017 – Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University – Registrar’s Office. Position: Senior Manager;

  • From January 2017 to October 2017 – Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University – Registrar’s Office. Position: Statistician;

  • From October 2017 to September 10, 2020 – Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory – Academic Planning Department. Position: Senior Manager;

  • Since September 10, 2020 – Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory – Head of the Academic Planning Department.




Functional Responsibilities of the Academic Planning Department:

  1. Organizes and coordinates the work of departments on the development of academic plans and working curricula (WCs);

  2. Participates in the development of the academic calendar, the schedule of the educational process, and time norms for calculating the teaching load of faculty members;

  3. Together with the Registrar’s Office, forms academic groups and streams for calculating the teaching load of faculty and preparing class schedules;

  4. Conducts expertise of working curricula considering the requirements of state educational standards (SES) and typical curricula (TC) of specialties;

  5. Controls and is responsible for the formation and updating of WC information of specialties in the AIS “Platonus” program database;

  6. Participates in verifying the compliance of teaching load calculations of departments with WCs;

  7. Participates in checking compliance with normative distribution of teaching loads among faculty of departments;

  8. Participates in monitoring the fulfillment of faculty teaching loads according to planned indicators;

  9. Controls and is responsible for the formation of schedules for classes, exams, and practical work schedules according to approved WCs of specialties, educational programs, courses, and language divisions;

  10. Controls the collection process and inclusion of individual lessons into the general schedule;

  11. Monitors the organization of delivery of approved schedules of classes and exams to faculty deans’ offices;

  12. Controls the formation of the summer semester schedule;

  13. Oversees the established order of conducting academic sessions, compliance with the educational process schedule, class schedules, and exam timetables;

  14. Controls optimal use of classroom resources;

  15. Informs deans and department heads about violations by faculty of the educational process order (lateness, missed classes or exams, unauthorized rescheduling);

  16. Consults and assists departments on planning and organizing the educational process;

  17. Assists departments in preparing documentation packages for licensing new specialties;

  18. Works on contract preparation and synchronizing WCs with partner universities within the framework of internal academic mobility;

  19. Organizes and is responsible for preparing documents (transcripts, individual study plans) of students under internal academic mobility;

  20. Prepares draft orders jointly with the Registrar’s Office for internal academic mobility implementation;

  21. Consults departments and the International Office on external academic mobility issues regarding credit transfer and recognition under the ECTS system;

  22. Develops internal regulatory documents on educational process regulations according to credit technology;

  23. Prepares summary reference materials and statistical data upon requests from higher authorities;

  24. Assists the Educational and Methodological Department in preparing and participating in university rankings;

  25. Participates in forming the catalog of elective courses for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs;

  26. Assists the Registrar’s Office in verifying the accuracy of graduate documents (diplomas, transcripts, diploma supplements);

  27. Develops proposals to improve the efficiency of educational process planning;

  28. Carries out assignments from the Head of the Academic Planning Service regarding the department’s activities.
