"Dear colleagues, associates!

With the "southern capital" of Kazakhstan I am connected by the bright impressions and memories evoked by old tour arrivals of Osipov National Orchestra of Russian folk instruments in 1970s.

Being in your remarkable city and within the wall of well-known and glorified Conservatory, I have a feeling of admiration from that creative atmosphere, attitude towards national traditions and instruments, and young talented musicians. Bright impressions remained after the "accreditation" concert with a performance of your remarkable collectives and soloists. It was pleasant to feel myself as a participant of this scenic action. My special gratitude is addressed to teachers of department of the national string instruments, who sustain in their students creative combustion and thirst for everything new in the field of professionalism of the school on these instruments.

Happy New Year! I wish you happiness, health, creative achievements!"
