Nordplus

What is Nordplus?

Nordplus allocates about 9.8 million euros annually to finance mobility, projects and networks. Nordplus is a mobile and online education program in the Nordic and Baltic countries, including the autonomous regions of the Aland Islands, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Nordplus is the largest educational program of the Nordic Council of Ministers, funded by the Nordic and Baltic countries.

Purpose of the program

·         Support for the priorities of the Nordic Council of Ministers (SMSS) in relation to cooperation with neighboring regions.

·         Support for cooperation in the field of education between the Nordic countries and neighboring regions

·         Support for cooperation between non-governmental institutions (public organizations) in the Nordic countries and neighboring regions

 

Who can make an application?
Applications can be submitted by:

Educational institutions

By non-governmental educational institutions

The application must be submitted by the institution/institute that will take over the

functions of the network coordinator.

The application must contain the names of the head of the institution/institute and

the network coordinator of the project (this may be the same person).

The project coordinating agency/coordinator may be a representative

of the Nordic countries or neighboring regions.

Researchers, teachers and students are invited to participate.
