  INFORMATION ON MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Applicants (Almaty), can undergo a medical examination in the city polyclinic (at the place of residence).
Applicants (nonresidents) have the right to undergo a medical examination at the clinic of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov (have 1 photo, ID) or at their place of residence.
Nonresident applicants must necessarily undergo a repeated reading of the fluoro frame at the address: 126 Shevchenko St., Almaty, corner of Dosmukhamedov St. in the United University Clinic of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.
All applicants who have passed a medical examination must necessarily register at the medical center of the KNС named after Kurmangazy (112 aud. «B» housing).
  Have it with you:
-  identity card;
-  certificate of medical report form 075/Y;
-  vaccination card form 063
-  flurocadr;
-  radiologist's seal (required).
