FOR «ENTRANT-2023»
For participation in creative exams
list of documents:

1)         application for admission to the chairman of the admissions committee;

2)         a document on general secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary or higher education (original), A certificate of completion of a general education school with an additional five or seven years of music education («art management») (original);

3)         6 photos measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;

4)         a copy of the identity document (required for identification purposes);

5)         medical certificate of Form No. 075-U (fluorography photo), form 063 and a copy (vaccination passport);

6)         registration certificate or military ID card (required for boys);

7)         certificate of awarding an educational grant (if any);

8)         documents confirming benefits: laureate's diploma for the last three years – 2021, 2022, 2023 (original and copy), certificate of death of parents for orphans, etc., certificate of disability of the applicant;

9)         all originals of documents in scanned form on a CD or flash card;

10)    paper folder, 6 files, envelope (for photos).
