“Autumn Dialogue” with Bakhyt Kairbekov

On November 22, 2023, a creative meeting under the poetic and iconic title “Autumn Dialogue” took place in the Reading Room of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. The hero was the famous Kazakh poet, film director, screenwriter, librettist, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Kairbekov.

The event was organized by the Scientific and Information Library Service, the International Department and the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and was the first event of the recently established literary club "Shamshyrak" within the walls of our Conservatory. The moderator was the PhD in Arts, Associate Professor of the Art Management Department, Head of the International Department Damir Urazymbetov.

The meeting was attended by faculty and students of the Conservatory. 17 students studied the work of B. Kairbekov and read his poems, as well as asked questions to the author and screenwriter of scientific documentaries about his creative work and life views. During the event, excerpts from the works of B. Kairbekov were shown. The poet himself read a number of his poetic works.

The meeting with an outstanding representative of Russian literature contributed to creative inspiration, education of young people, popularization of national values. At the end of the meeting, B. Kairbekov presented his books to the Conservatory library, which will be available in the reading hall:
