Meeting with the delegation from the Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan

On February 27, 2024, a two-day delegation from our partner institution, the Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan (Nukus, Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan), visited the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. The delegation included the Director of the Branch, Rudakiy Allanbayev and associate professor Polat Tnybayev. 

During the meeting with the guests, the rector, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Nurken Ashirov, and the counsellor of the rector, Yermek Skakov, aligned their positions on the shared commitment to advancing partnership in the spheres of education and creativity.

At the working meeting, the Vice-Rector for Academic and Educational and Methodological Work, Gulnar Abdirakhman, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Creative Activities and International Cooperation, Galiya Begembetova, representatives from the Dean's Office, the Vocal Arts Department, the International Department, and the Center for Strategic Planning and Development discussed issues related to the delegation's attendance of educational sessions during their visit days, familiarization with the library and concert halls, as well as the possibility of organizing online classes for students from the Nukus branch. They also discussed academic mobility and professional development opportunities for faculty members.
