Nuraly T.K. began his creative activity at the conservatory in 1967. Throughout his life he has been a concert musician (both soloist and orchestrator). Thanatar Konyruly has performed in various concert halls in Kazakhstan, Russia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Romania, Spain, etc. He has repeatedly been a member of the jury of republican and international competitions (Moscow, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Tashkent, Odessa, Leningrad, Astana, Almaty, etc.).

Currently, Tanatar Konyruly is one of the leading professors of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. The evidence of the fruitful pedagogical activity of the professor is more than 80 graduates in the specialty "Oboe", many of whom are laureates of republican, interzonal and more than 25 international competitions. Currently, graduates of the Nuraly T.K. class are engaged in creative, concert and pedagogical activities both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
