All applicants who have passed a medical examination must necessarily register at the medical center of the KNС named after Kurmangazy (112 aud. «A» housing).
  Have it with you:
-  identity card;
-  certificate of medical report form 075/Y;
-  vaccination card form 063
-  flurocadr;
-  radiologist's seal (required).
