I. CREATIVE EXAM ON THE SPECIALTY «PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT IN THE ART SPHERE»:
Sample topics for the project:
- Organization of an art project (concerts, festivals, competitions, exhibitions, vernissages, etc.).
- Draft presentation of an art group or performer.
- Organization of a tour of an art group or performer.
- Free topic in the field of the art industry.
Project presentation requirements:
- The project must demonstrate the ability of applicants to work with business plans, project sources and present the author's vision of designing creative events. When preparing a project, it is necessary to take into account the ongoing transformations in the field of culture and entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan;
- The project must be submitted in Microsoft Office PowerPoint;
- The duration of the presentation should not exceed 7-10 minutes.
II. SECOND CREATIVE COLLOQUIUM EXAM
Includes 3 questions:
Question 1 covers the whole range of theoretical aspects of management and control in the art management system.
Question 2 is connected with the history of Kazakh and world music as a whole.
Question 3 includes the submission of a documentary portfolio (self-presentation) of the applicants with a description of their achievements (including copies of diplomas and documents).
Requirements for creative exams:
– The documentary portfolio must be submitted in Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
– The duration should not exceed 5 minutes

I - creative exam
36-50 Excellent:
Criteria for evaluating the creative exam of an applicant for project activities.
I. Criteria for evaluating the implementation of the project according to the technology of project activities:
- the relevance of the chosen topic;
- the depth of disclosure of the topic, fulfillment of the tasks;
- the practical value of the project;
- compliance with the plan;
- the validity of conclusions;
- development and implementation approaches of the project are original and diverse;
- the design of the project is correct and competent.
II Project defense criteria, assessed by the content and mastery of the material of the presented project:
- performance at the exam (mastery of the material of the presented project, clarity, culture of speech);
- the ability to answer questions;
- the ability to defend one's point of view;
- the number of slides corresponds to the content and duration of the presentation (for a 7-minute presentation, it is recommended to use no more than 10 slides);
- the applicant can stay within the time limit (7-10 minutes).
21-35 Good:
I. Criteria for evaluating the implementation of the project according to the technology of project activities:
- relevance of the selected topic in the project is not indicated;
- the topic of the project is not disclosed, the tasks are not fulfilled;
- the practical value of the project is not specified;
- non-compliance with the plan;
- the conclusions are valid but it is not indicated in the project;
- development and implementation approaches of the project are not original and diverse;
- the design of the project is incorrect and incompetent.
II Project defense criteria, assessed by the content and mastery of the material of the presented project:
- performance at the exam (mastery of the material of the presented project, clarity, but lack of a culture of speech);
- ability to answer questions. (incompletely);
- failure to defend one's point of view;
- the number of slides does not correspond to the content and duration of the presentation (for a 7-minute presentation, it is recommended to use no more than 10 slides);
- the applicant exceeds the time limit (7-10 minutes).
5-20 Satisfactory:
I. Criteria for evaluating the implementation of the project according to the technology of project activities:
- the relevance of the selected topic in the project is not indicated;
- the theme of the project is not disclosed, failure to fulfill the tasks;
- the practical value of the project is not specified;
- non-compliance with the plan;
- the validity of the conclusions of the project is not provided;
- development and implementation approaches of the project are not original and diverse;
- the design of the project is incorrect and incompetent.
II Project defense criteria, assessed by the content and mastery of the material of the presented project:
- performance at the exam (the applicant does not master the material of the presented project, and lacks a culture of speech);
- failure to answer questions;
- failure to defend one's point of view;
- the number of slides does not correspond to the content and duration of the presentation (for a 7-minute presentation, it is recommended to use no more than 10 slides); (if there are more than 10 slides);
- the applicant far exceeds the time limit (7-10 minutes);
0-4 Unsatisfactory: No project.

II - creative exam
Creative Stage – Creative Thinking
In this task, the applicant must showcase their creative individuality.
- Time limit: Preparation – 15 minutes, Presentation – 5 minutes.
- Objective: To assess the applicant’s ability for creative and imaginative thinking.
- Task Description: The applicant will be given a drawing (the drawing will be included in the exam ticket). Using at least 10 sentences, they must create a story incorporating creativity.
The story should be written by hand (in a schematic manner) in the second column of the table (see table). A selected detail of the drawing should serve as the story fragment. An important part of the task is providing explanations.

Additional Requirements:
- Predict the likely development of events.
- Propose a leitmotif, musical theme, and visual solutions (camera movement, special effects, etc.).
- Identify the main idea of the presented sequence—what the author wants to convey to the audience in a concise manner.
The basis for completing the assignments (illustration) is announced on the day of the creative examination according to the entrance exam schedule.
Multimedia Self-Presentation
Assignment Description:
The video introduction should present the applicant as a creative individual. Therefore, it is important that, in addition to informational content, it also carries an emotional and expressive component. The video should be as engaging and memorable as possible while remaining clear and fulfilling its main purpose: to comprehensively introduce the applicant through a short video clip.
The applicant chooses the form and genre of the video independently. It may include short fragments or frames from the applicant's video works or other creative projects.
The applicant may introduce themselves in various ways:
- Speaking directly on camera
- Using voice-over narration
- Utilizing explanatory captions
- Combining these methods
- Or employing other creative approaches
1. Full Name and a Portrait Image
2. Age, Date of Birth (Day, Month, Year)
3. City of Residence
4. Interests, Hobbies, Skills – anything that showcases the applicant as a creative individual with specific abilities in various artistic fields. (Examples: photography, video, animation, computer graphics, painting, drawing, literature, playing musical instruments, singing, dancing, etc.)
Duration: No more than 3 minutes.
Exception: If the video includes fragments of creative works, a slightly longer duration is allowed.
Submission: The video must be submitted in advance to the technical secretary.

II – Creative Exam
«Creative Thinking»
· 36-50 points – A complete answer with explanatory examples. The response is correct, well-structured, detailed, and fully addresses the given question with comprehensive arguments.
· 21-35 points – A fairly complete answer with examples but contains minor inaccuracies.
· 5-20 points – An incomplete answer with errors and omissions, lack of examples, and some knowledge gaps.
· 0-4 points – An incomplete or missing answer, significant errors, and substantial knowledge gaps.
· Compliance with the duration and format requirements of the video, the relevance of the information presented, creative approach in the video presentation, originality (novelty of the idea, uniqueness, flexibility of thinking), informativeness, video quality, and aesthetic appeal.
· The video presentation is submitted but does not meet the formatting requirements, lacks originality in content, and contains issues with presentation and visual clarity.
