The Batyrkhan Shukenov Foundation (@ batyr.foundation) together with the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation (@bulat_utemuratov_foundation) supports talented students of wind instruments departments throughout Kazakhstan on an annual base.

Within the framework of the COUNTRY SPIRIT (EL RUKHY) national project Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory plans by 2025 to implement  together with the Kazakh National Orchestra of Folk Instruments the following projects: 200 KAZAKH SONGS (QAZAQKTYN 200 ӘN, ZHYRY)  and 2000 KAZAKH KYIS (QAZAQKTYN 2000 KYUI).

The Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory and Kurmangazy Orchestra of Kazakh Folk Instruments initiated the Project: Archive of Kazakh Academic Music which is to be implemented by 2025.

Applicants who did not receive a state educational grant have a chance to pay for their education by applying for a state guaranteed maintenance loan. A maintenance loan may be obtained for study in Kazakhstan colleges and universities.

Within the framework of the "Erasmus +" International program and the Cooperation Agreement with the Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wroclaw (Wroclaw, Poland), a competition was announced among teachers of the conducting specialty for participation in an academic project within 2020-2021 academic year.
