«Orteke» folk dance in the spotlight of art lovers
The Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with experts from the National Committee for Intangible Cultural Heritage under the National Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, UNESCO and ISESCO, is working to include the "Orteke" Kazakh folk dance in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The "Orteke" Kazakh folk dance has three options: puppet, round dance and play, solo. This video demonstrates a puppet dance.

The Korkyt Ethno-Ensemble of Yerkegali Rakhmadiev State Academic Philharmonia, Akim of Nur-Sultan (Artistic Director, "Cultural worker", member of the Kazakhstan Composers Union, Sh.Korganbek), soloist is the Deputy Director of Baglanova "KazakhConcert" Central Concert Center, "Cultural Worker" Serik Nurmolda.
